One-on-one Skills Development
Our mentor program partners a new employee with an experienced trainer. Here the trainer working directly with the new employee until the new employee demonstrates a clear understanding and performance level acceptable to BSM quality standards. Once the trainee demonstrates the skills required to meet BSM's quality standards, a supervisor promotes the new employee to a permanent job site.
Safety Saves
By emphasizing safety in conjunction with our training program, we have been very successful in reducing workplace injuries. As a result, our employees work safer and our insurance costs are kept in check. BSM passes on the benefits of our safety record to our customers through janitorial service rates that are among the most competitive in the industry.
Equipment
BSM uses top-of-the-line equipment. Though our competitors may make this claim, it has no value unless their staff is well trained in using and maintaining those investments.
