As a BSM client, an exclusive account manager will be assigned to your account to attend to all of your facility services needs. The account manager will perform regular inspection tours and quality control audits to help ensure that the quality of our service consistently meets or exceeds your requirements.
Our account managers are selected for their ability to communicate with customers and their attention to detail. Never hesitate to talk to your account manager, no matter how small the concern.
Operations Manager: Frontline support
BSM operations managers ensure that day-to-day activities are performed consistently and as expected. Operations managers represent and support frontline workers while carrying out client expectations.
We implement Quality control measures, overseeing special projects and solid communication skills are just some of the key elements of our operation managers duties.
Supervisors and Forepersons: Monitoring performance
Our night supervisors and forepersons conduct quality service inspections both unannounced and scheduled. Potential deficiencies are reviewed with the staff onsite and corrected immediately.
Supervisors and forepersons also facilitate recurring supplemental training to help employees maintain service quality, gain knowledge of advances in service technologies, and prevent accidents through safe workplace practices.
