Landscaping Services Division enhances convenience to BSM clients.
BSM Facility Services Group adds Landscaping to its umbrella of commercial services as a convenient option for its clients.
BSM Landscaping is headed up by Lisa Wilson, Ms Wilson' expertise in Landscaping has roots that grow deep. From the family floral business that Lisa worked in and managed with her parents, to national interior and exterior commercial landscape service providers over the past 20 plus years, Lisa has gained professional knowledge that only few can claim.
Although Lisa is a seasoned professional, she continues to expand her knowledge base and practical experience through affiliated trade organizations including Plant Industry Alliance, Professional Interiorscape Association and ALSA.
Since 1979 BSM has practiced a "Quality First" theme. It is our belief that if a quality end product is delivered, we will gain our clients trust and loyalty. It is this "quality first" attitude that is representative in not only our Landscaping services, but throughout each and every Service Product under our family of services umbrella.
BSM Facility Services Group provides Professional; Janitorial, Landscaping, Construction and Transportation services throughout California to commercial clients.
BSM develops new proprietary interactive software
Backed by popular demand, BSM has developed e-Quest - a new client interactive solution which enables existing BSM clients to save time, receive precise and timely responses to their service requests as well as many other exclusive communication, information, research and tracking features.
Our challenge:
The management at BSM has been searching for several years to find an internet based software solution which would enhance quality control, customer service, communication, work order requests and order tracking to benefit our clients.
Although we discovered several general software programs which met some of our needs and requirements, we decided to take our search to a greater level and elected to outsource a software development firm to create our own proprietary software solution.
Our solution:
e-Quest. Technically refined, but simple & effective to use.
Status:
The software is currently being beta tested.

BSM Donates to the Boma, Children's Hospital Fund Raiser, as a platinum Sponsor.
Oakland's Children's Hospital is the largest pediatric critical care facility in the region. The doctors and nurses deliver expert, comprehensive and compassionate healthcare in a kid-friendly and family-centered environment. The collaboration between clinical and research services at Children's has resulted in advances in the prevention and treatment of cancers, blood diseases, HIV / AIDS and many other life-threatening illnesses. Monetary donations like these, Make it possible to help those who need it most.
BSM Employees pool together over $1,000.00 to help the relief efforts in New Orleans.
BSM Incorporated matches it's Employee's donation and sends a total of $2,000.00 to the Red Cross to help the people who lost their homes in New Orleans due to Hurricane Katrina's wrath.
